Train Refunds is a service that’s provided by Commuters for Commuters.  As Commuters we are more than aware of the frustration caused by delays to the service and sometimes the lack of communication we receive from the driver.  Commuters are taking to Twitter to find out information from other passengers and to vent their frustration towards the operator.
Our easy to use app will match your tickets to delays that are claimable on your journey. You just enter your details and your ticket information and we do the rest. Click on the service that you were delayed on and a completed claim form complete with instructions will be sent to your inbox in seconds. It couldn’t be easier to get the compensation that you’re entitled to when you’re delayed.
We are campaigning for Train Operators to disclose delay and cancellation information to help commuters apply for a refund.  On top of this we are looking at ways in which we can help the communication between Train Operators and Commuters.  From collating train related information on social networking platforms and displaying it right here on the website to campaigning at Westminster to fight for clarity on delay data we are here to fight for the commuter.
So get social, inform fellow commuters about delays, join in the campaign to ensure commuters are listened to and make sure you download the app that has been designed and developed by commuters who know how frustrating delays and cancellations can be.
But don’t just take our word for it, we’ve been featured in all of these media:
